Deposits: A 100.00 deposit is required to hold all rooms.
Deposit is refundable up to 14 days prior to reservation.
Payments: Payment in full is due upon arrival.
Early departures: A credit only may be issued for any
early departures.
Boat slips: Boat slips are available on a first come
first serve basis at the rate of 10.00 per night, or 40.00 per
week. There is water, electricity , and a fish cleaning station
provided. A signed accident waiver is required for use of docks.
Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is available for 15.00
per day, but is not mandatory,
Towel/ Linen exchange: Towel and linen exchange is
available at the front office from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Pool: Pool is open until from 7:00 until 9:00. There is
no lifeguard on duty. Children under the age of 13 are not
allowed with adult supervision. No glass bottles or containers
are permitted- no exceptions.
Parking: We have 15 rooms, and 18 parking spaces. We
guarantee one parking spot only per room. Additional parking is
available at public beach 120 yards away.
Tiki Bar: The Tiki Bar is open until 10:00 Loud noise, or
music will not be tolerated.
Phone calls: There is no charge for local calls or toll
free calls All long distance is blocked. If you wish to make a
long distance call, we recommend you that use an outside company
to call collect, or place a credit card call.
Laundry: Management has use of laundry room from 10:00
a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
Ice maker: There is an ice maker located in tiki bar.
Grills: There are three charcoal grills located on the
property. Two are on beach side, and one is located near docks
on bayside.
Fax service: Available in front office from 10:00 a.m.
until close.
A three night minimum stay is required for all major
holidays-subject to season rates. Small pets are allowed with a
10.00 per night or 25.00 per week surcharge.Room Description

glass door to oversized deck overlooking the Gulf, sleeps 4.

king bed, mini refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave,

#10: Huge 1 bedroom, 1 bath-
equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 double beds, sleeper sofa,
